Hey! How are ya’ll? Everything is looking so lush and green now. I like just getting out and admiring all the lushness we have. We planted flowers in bigger pots last year and they are coming back! So excited, I didn’t think anything would have survived but the mister just scooted them up against the house and it was enough to keep them alive.
We jokingly call this our “Gorillas In The Mist” corner that goes into the woods beside us. Early mornings when it’s a foggy and misty I think I see Sigourney Weaver squatting on a tree branch! You remember the movie, right?!
We have all kinds of animals out here. Possum, armadillo, deer, rabbits and snakes. Late one night when we were coming back from Alabama we saw something cross the highway. It looked just like a blonde bear. I didn’t know we had them here. Its legs were thick and it moved just like a bear. But it wasn’t a big one, it looked much smaller.
The wisteria is thinning out. The leaves are growing on the plant now so the pretty flowers’ days are numbered.
I have been playing with roses and plates today.
