It's All About Rich Moments, Enjoying Prettiness Indoors or Outdoors

Lol, I made redvelvet cake for my grandaughter’s birthday with cream cheese frosting and was very glad it was leftovers at her home and not mine. Looks divine. And Happy New Year–I’m beginning to understand the obsession of early Christmas with bloggers because it all goes by in a flash—I never know how long we keep stuff up—cause I take it down when we get sick of it, or beging to get dirty looks from the neighbors, lol. Happy New Year! Sandi

I bet it was great Sandi! Yes, you are lucky the leftovers were not at your house, it can be too tempting. I wasn’t a big fan of red velvet cakes before because it seemed like they were always dry. But she added extra butter (don’t ask how much!) and it was perfect. I have always been a start decorating right after Thanksgiving person but always get tired of it before Christmas arrives so I may just try to hold back next year. Thanks for coming by and commenting Sandi!

Happy New Year, Jan! The red velvet cheesecake looks fabulous! I always use my Mother’s recipe and it is so moist! I am ready to take all the Christmas decor down, but will wait until Tuesday! Your home looks beautiful! Blessings, Pam
