Very beautiful! Love the story of the mother cardinal! My mother did not need praise either. I miss her so!
    Happy Mother’s Day,

I was just thinking today—about what we can learn from God’s creatures. We have a small patio beneath our bird feeders. And this morning there was a bunny three doves a cardinal, assorted sparrows and two squirrels all calmly eating from the discards from the above feeders. All busy in peace and tranquillity, getting along even though some were natural enemies. Quite amazing actually. Only myself opening the door to take a picture scattered them, sadly. Happy MOther’s Day, even though a day late!

Oh yes, they are a lesson for us. We are arrogant, I think, in presuming that we are nature’s superior minds. They don’t need to hear the weather report, they know months in advance what’s going to happen. Thank you for the Happy Mother’s Day and I think you had a good one from just the way you witnessed a gathering of nature’s friends.
